Purchasing for Someone Else

You may purchase number plates on behalf of someone else. The identity document should belong to you, the buyer, while the proof of entitlement document must come from the vehicle’s keeper or registration mark owner.

Document Submission

You can submit your documents via post or email. Detailed instructions will be included in your order confirmation email. For postal submissions, we recommend using a fully tracked and signed-for service to avoid potential losses. Note that postal submissions may significantly delay your order, as the number plates will not be manufactured or dispatched until the documents have been checked and recorded.

Order Processing Time

Provided your documents are submitted promptly, there should be no delay to your order. Our standard manufacturing time is approximately half a day. Orders placed before 3 pm are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery times and shipping methods, including Tracked 48, Tracked 24, and Special Delivery guaranteed by 1 pm the next working day, are displayed at checkout.

Please remember, you do not need to own the vehicle or registration mark to buy number plates. As long as you have access to the document proving entitlement, you can use it to purchase number plates.

Delivery and Tracking

1. Tracked Delivery: All number plates are sent out using a tracked delivery service. This ensures that the delivery status can be monitored and verified by both the customer and our company.

Non-Receipt and Incorrect Delivery

2. Claims of Non-Receipt or Incorrect Delivery:
   • If a customer claims that they have not received their number plates, or that the plates were delivered to the wrong address, flat, or were signed for by someone other than the intended recipient, the following process will be initiated:
     • Investigation: An investigation will be conducted by the courier service. This investigation will involve checking with the driver and verifying the delivery details.
     • Customer Cooperation: The customer may be required to provide additional information or documentation to assist in the investigation process.

Resolution of Disputes

3. Resolution Process:
   • Courier’s Investigation Outcome: The outcome of the courier’s investigation will be considered final. Based on this outcome, we will determine the appropriate course of action.
   • Remaking of Plates: If the investigation concludes that the plates were indeed not received by the customer, or were delivered incorrectly, we will remake and resend the number plates at no additional cost to the customer.
   • No Refund Policy: Under these circumstances, we will not issue a refund. This policy is in place because there is no conclusive proof that the customer did not receive the plates. Instead, we will provide a replacement to ensure the customer receives the product they ordered.

General Conditions

4. Proof of Delivery: The delivery confirmation provided by the courier service, including signatures and delivery photos, will serve as proof of delivery.
5. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Any errors in the delivery address provided by the customer may result in additional charges for redelivery or replacement.
6. Communication: All communication regarding delivery issues should be directed to our customer service team within a reasonable timeframe from the expected delivery date.
