Returns Policy for Creata Plate

Overview

As our number plates are custom-made to order, we can only accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges if there was an error in manufacturing or if the item was damaged upon delivery. We must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• There must be a clear error in manufacturing or damage that occurred during delivery.

Non-returnable Items

Custom number plates made to your specific order cannot be returned unless there was an error in the making or damage upon delivery.

Required Documentation

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the error or damage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@creataplate.com and send your item to: {physical address}.
